Lose The Love Handles, Let On The Love

Ever find yourself on a date or a social gathering where your confidence is shattered in the face of the physical dilemma you have been trying to resolve ever since you have been told countless times by many others that you should lose a pound or two?
Ever find that at the most inopportune moment the only barrier between the intimacy you share with a special loved one is the presence of those unsightly rolls around your waist, which, just like an old lover, refuses to let go and relentlessly clings onto you?
Well, for those of you who are tired of carrying them around (You should be!), and having them being a pain in the neck (More of the belly) in your social life, it is time to lose those love handles and let on the love!
Here are but a few tried and true methods to start you off:
- EAT SMART
Go back to the basics, what are the foundations and fundamentals of the human diet? When your body craves for sugar loaded, grease filled garbage bursting with calories, tell it "No!", after all, your body is yours to command. Remember, your body will only listen to you if you tell it to!
- DRINK WATER
You should drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. It helps the body metabolize stored fat into energy and also suppresses appetite, besides the other life essential roles it plays in our bodies.
- CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE
Although doing things like stomach crunches may help increase the amount of muscle and reduce the appearance of love handles in the abdominal region of the body, you should not depend on it for the long term as the body naturally distributes fat all over itself. That is why, cardiovascular exercise are beneficial on a regular basis to burn up those excess calories and making sure they do not get stored as fat. Get your whole body to exercise, you will not only look better, but you will feel better too, seriously.
- DO YOUR HOMEWORK
Know what your body needs. Know how your body works. Know the truth about getting the lean figure you have always desired. Do your research and find out what methods are best for you. It defeats the purpose if you expected a miracle solution to happen, after all, the love handles did not get there as a result of a miracle in the first place!
- DON'T GIVE UP!
The most important thing you can do for yourself in the pursuit of a lean figure, of anything in fact, is to be committed and not give up. You would be surprised if you have always looked at achieving this as an impossibility until you have actually tried.
